Privacy statement
Blad & Vorm handles your data with care. This page explains which data we process, why we do so, how long we keep it and which rights you have. Last updated on 31 July 2026.
Who we are
Blad & Vorm is a trade name of Hilforce, located at Anemonenweg 30, 2241 XL Wassenaar, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42033993, VAT ID NL005445661B23. Hilforce is the controller for the processing described in this statement. For privacy questions, email info@bladenvorm.nl.
Which data we process
When you complete the contact form, we process your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and package of interest. When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the details you share with us. In addition, our hosting provider records technical data in security logs when you visit the website, such as your IP address and browser type.
What we use your data for
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, schedule a Site Consultation and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The technical logs serve the security and proper functioning of the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we never sell it.
How long we keep your data
We delete contact form submissions no later than twelve months after they have been handled. If you become a client, we keep the data belonging to the agreement for as long as the law requires; for administrative records that is seven years.
Who else has access
We only share your data with parties needed to run the website and our communication: Netlify (website hosting and contact form processing), Sanity (management of the texts and photos on the website) and our email provider. Netlify and Sanity are American companies; transfers to the United States take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with advertising parties.
Cookies
This website does not place cookies and does not use tracking software. Should that change in the future, for example through visitor statistics, we will update this statement and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object, and receive your data in a portable format. Email info@bladenvorm.nl and you will receive a response within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If anything changes in how the website works or in the services we use, we will update this statement. The current version is always available on this page.
